My Story
Before I discovered my love of coaching, I spent nearly 18 years in international marketing roles, both here in UK and abroad, where I learned how to lead and navigate the corridors of corporate life whilst supporting the development of famous name brands.
It was during my time as a Marketing Director in Central Eastern Europe that I became involved in running, mentoring and coaching large cross cultural teams and soon I was hit by the realisation that my love of brands had been overtaken by a new passion – people.
Post-corporate life, I chose the path of the entrepreneur and set up businesses in UK and in Central Eastern Europe doing everything from marketing consultancy to outdoor team building, whilst searching for that “career with a purpose” which many of us yearn for.
In 2005 I was invited by a niche consultancy to bring my “rich tapestry” of experience (as they called it) to a 3 year leadership and culture development programme they were running for a prestigious UK organisation. Working alongside the most inspiring and fun team of coaches and consultants I had ever met, the search to find my vocation in life was finally over.
Present Day
Since then I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of leaders and teams in major brand organisations to discover how they can orientate and align themselves to foster better work based relationships and improve business results for their organisations whilst also creating more fun and balanced work-lives for themselves.
Once I down tools, you will usually find me walking my dog in the countryside. As a keen walker and hiker I relish spending time in the outdoors where I re-gain my sense of clarity and almost always find new inspiration for my work. I also lead local health walks that help get people moving and energised for the benefit of themselves and their communities. As an adventurer at heart, I love to travel to yet undiscovered (by me) places and am currently planning my next adventure!
