Quality. Not Quantity
In our task- and deadline-driven organisations, we often feel there just isn’t the time to give people enough individual attention, or as often as they deserve.
So how do you apportion your time so that everyone gets a fair bite at the cherry?
Well, here’s the truth: not everyone needs us to be in their space every day or even every week. Become familiar with the varying needs of your team members, and when you do get to be one-on-one with them, give them 100% of you, body and soul!
A leader must never underestimate his or her impact on others, many of whom are watching and reading their every move.
A little goes a long way, so make it matter.
